Since it was established in 1971, Hard Rock has been committed to a wide variety of philanthropic causes and activities around the world. Hard Rock International has made it both its business and abiding passion to make the earth a safer, healthier and better place to live. Charitable work will always be integral to "what" Hard Rock "is".

Every year, Hard Rock's CEO, Hamish Dodds, visits philanthropic partner organizations around the world. Here, Hamish visits the Pathfinder Academy in Kitale, Kenya, which began as a school nobody thought would succeed. Now, this World Hunger Year beneficiary is a model for schools in the region. Breast Cancer Research Foundation
Our mission is to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime by providing critical funding for innovative clinical and genetic research at leading medical centers worldwide, and increasing public awareness about good breast health. Music Rising
Music Rising is a campaign that was launched to rescue the musical culture of the Central Gulf region of the United States from the destruction caused by the catastrophic hurricanes of the summer of 2005 by replacing the musical instruments lost or destroyed in the deluge. It was created in November of 2005 by The Edge, Bob Ezrin and Henry Juszkiewicz.

Sharon Osborne Colon Cancer Research Foundation (Ozzy Osborne)
This program, part of the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Cedars-Sinai, was established by entertainment personality Sharon Osbourne following her own battle with colon cancer.
Inspired by the superlative care she received, Mrs. Osbourne joined forces with Cedars-Sinai's renowned surgeon Dr. Edward Phillips to harness key resources needed to help other colon cancer sufferers in the community.
